I have not done this yet for only 1 major reason.

First the basics.

I'd need 3 others who are "At least OK or better" at the game (a bit better or worse than my current self). (I'd settle for 2 persons even).

There's a schedule to be agreed to, like a job, no excuses. That means showing up at pre-recording meetings to test your recording capabilities, connectivity, game access, mic levels, going over plans for the current recording session, anything that needs discussion before hand, and some boosting of energy before we all start/continue (Drink yer G-Fuel and get HYPED, or play your favorite song before meeting up).

Everyone has to use my recording settings (OBS quality control) (audio and video) to give to my editor, and have a good mic (and mic technique) at the very least (cam not needed).

Players/Gamers need to stick with the core values and theme of the series - Producer's plans trump side quests and off topic discussion for content creation.
